There is quite a nice assortment of Slayers prompts over at the latest round of ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif?v=92.2) springkink ! (Also a hecka lotta other fandoms, too.) Mainly Xel/Zel and Lina/Amelia, with a few other combinations here and there. You can claim as many prompts as you want to write fic or make art for by the specified date in November. A few of us have already jumped in with our claims, and we'd love to have some more company! ^_^
(I hope this post is okay. Springkink isn't my project, I'm just reccing it to share the kink-love! XD)

Good news (and bad news...) kc-chan has officially left the fandom, BUT before leaving she decided to post all the fics she had on Silk & Stone to the zel_xel_yaoi_ML , the mailing list for the site. A few of us Xel/Zel fans have been posting things there over the years, too, sooo.... if you're a Xel/Zel fan, check it out.

Hi there, a little while back theslayers held a Friending Meme. At the end of the main rush, I offered to do Slayers sketches for all the new people on my LJ friends list. I just finished all of the request, and I thought I'd come share all of the non-trad pairing sketches here.
All of the images were made for the specific individuals mentioned, so you must get their OK (not mine) before using them for any kind of icons, wallpapers or other graphics (etc, etc). I've only retained the right to re-post them on DA or Slayers LJ communities, or to finish them into full color pieces.

F seeks any as idea-bouncer. Classic beta-reading skills (grammar, spelling, wtf-use-commas, etc) not necessary. Candlelit dinners and long walks on the beach are a plus, especially if you're the one driving all the way to the beach, but also not necessary. Thoughtful critique, fairly detailed commentary on what you liked and why, equally detailed commentary on what you wanted to see and didn't and why you wanted it, notation of any and all emotional responses from laughter to rage at the author herself, ARE required, and are actually the entire PURPOSE behind the ad.
Must be able to tolerate a Special Sunflower, erratic hours, infrequent updates, and occasional deluges of text, gracefully.
Fandom in question is Slayers(/NEXT/TRY), but good, helpful bouncers are allowed to give me a prompt for another fandom and poke me with a sharp stick until I shell out.
I usually have one or two of these already, but RL swallowed them both whole, and left not even a shoe behind. I'd go get them, but RL has nasty skanky breath and my friends made T_Tface at me when I poked RL in the belly. They must have been navigating a tricky curve of intestine just then.
More than one person is ducky- the more the merrier. ♥
